Kansas
| The William C. Sparks family, wife Sarah R. and children Samuel, Mary Elizabeth, Will, and Robert Donnell landed briefly in Atchison, Kansas after leaving Illinois in 1862. They remained in Kansas until just before the 1870 census was taken. Then they moved onward to Texas to join most of the rest of their Sparks relatives in the cattle and stock raising business. |
